DISCLAIMER: Take care when filling the capsules. Do not crush, bend, puncture, or otherwise manipulate the capsule, as this can damage the acid-resistant coating. Capsules will dissolve in water; be sure to use dry, gloved hands and keep away from water.

Ensure the capsules are completely closed and avoid overfilling. 

Administering smaller doses of the Gut Restore will result in a longer time before seeing results.
