Our DoggyBiome™ and KittyBiome™ products offer easy, at-home testing of both the gut and oral microbiomes, giving pet parents actionable insights into any bacterial imbalances that can cause symptoms. We also offer a range of supplements to address microbiome imbalances that are at the root of many digestive problems (like diarrhea), skin and immune system issues (like atopic dermatitis), and oral health problems (like bad breath and gum disease). These products include powders that are easy to add to a pet’s food or water, tasty immune-boosting chews, and our signature Gut Restore Supplement, a fecal transplant in an oral capsule.
Our veterinary line of products expands the options available to veterinarians and their patients. In addition to an enema version of our FMT supplement, this line includes starter bundles and relief kits for particular symptoms, allowing patients to get started on a solution while they await the results of microbiome testing.
Since 2015, AnimalBiome has conducted more than 25 studies exploring the role of the gut and oral microbiomes in the health of companion animals (cats, dogs, ferrets, horses, and rabbits).
In collaboration with world-renowned animal nutritionists, we’ve compared the impact of raw and cooked foods on gut health. We’ve worked with pet food and supplement companies to analyze the effects of their products on the gut microbiomes of pets.
We’ve partnered with nonprofit dog-breeding organizations, including Leader Dogs for the Blind, to support and improve the gut health of breeding females and their puppies. And every day, we work with pet parents around the world to better understand how our Gut Restore Supplements improve the gut and overall health of cats and dogs with chronic health conditions.
AnimalBiome is proud to partner with some of the world’s leading animal health companies and pet welfare organizations—including Cargill, Orion, Morris Animal Foundation, Hill’s, and Embark. We’re on a mission to revolutionize pet health, using microbiome science to improve the lives of companion animals. If you have a project or cause that aligns with our mission, we want to hear about it. Contact us
